Service Description

13- Session DSV Virtual Health Coaching Series focusing on Nutrition and Hydration. You might not know what changes you want to make. That’s OK. And it’s OK if you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or feel like you lack will power or motivation. This series is for you: to offer you support and accountability as you develop your own tool box of strategies to help you move forward with sustainable positive changes around eating. We will be meeting for 45-60 minutes on Thursdays at 4pm OR 7pm PST on the following dates. (Pick either time 4pm or 7pm. And don't worry if you can't make all the dates. Meetings will be recorded and there will be follow-up emails.) 1. Oct 26th 2. Nov 2nd 3. Nov 9th 4. Nov 16th 5. Nov 30th 6. Dec 7th 7. Dec 14th 8. Dec 28th 9. Jan 9th 10. Jan 25th 11. Feb 8th 12. Feb 22nd 13. Mar 21st Throughout the 13-sessions you will: - Develop a deeper understanding to your 'why' you want to make changes. This serves as a motivator. - Create long term goals, and then design baby steps to move you forward each week. - Connect with your co-workers using breakout rooms. - Learn to be accountable to yourself - Identify potential challenges and barriers, and - Develop strategies (tool box) to experiment with. The goal of this series is for you to learn how to implement positive lifestyle changes by yourself. (Changes that feel lasting and sustainable.) To feel empowered and confident in yourself knowing you have a tool box to rely on. This series will be hosted by Julie Browning: a board certified Health and Wellness Coach.
