Calling women 40+. Are you struggling with the changes you're experiencing? As our hormones change we can experience: - a change in our body composition (increase in belly fat / loss of lean muscle) - increased anxiety - increased cravings - mood swings - cognitive function / brain fog - decrease in sleep quality We can't process carbs the same, we struggle to build muscle mass, and recovery from workouts seem to take a lot longer. As an already active female, the answer isn't to eat less and / or train more. The good news is that there are things we can be doing to help! I've taken a deep dive into what is going on during this phase of our lives. I've come to better understand what we need to do to help our gut health (which affects our hormones), how we can best increase muscular strength, how we can boost our metabolism to help keep from gaining weight, and how we can fuel for our workouts to help with recovery. What we need to do is different from 20 and 30 year olds! I'm offering a package of 5 one-on-one health coaching sessions to help get you started on integrating a slightly different way of doing things into your life. For your convenience all sessions will be conducted over the phone or zoom. Below it states that the sessions are on Monday. They can be a day and time that works for you. We can 'meet' every week, or every other week. Lots of flexibility.
