The coaching Julie provided me helped me identify my strengths and values and how to leverage these to help me not feel scattered. She opened my eyes to the impact of setting SMART goals that are attainable and not overwhelming.
After working with Julie I feel more centered. I have identified what I need in order to maintain this centered feeling. With the tools that she's given me I can go back to re-focus; to review my values, my strengths and how I can create new goals to help me stay on the right path that works for me.

I just wanted to tell you how awesome my son has been riding since taking your beginner mtb course through LO parks+rec...we went to Bend last weekend and he absolutely crushed it, taking on challenging terrain like I've never seen before! I literally cannot believe the progress he's made. What's more, is that he took on obstacles head on, not deviating from them, but attacking/conquering them with a smile on his face...
I just finished a trainer ride. It's the only time I use power. Anyway, my numbers are really good right now. As good as they have ever been. Your program is money.

I had a great time riding in the French Alps. I wanted to let you know that ever since I spoke with you my training got better and better. I never again experienced any fatigue riding back-to-back days. I implemented what you suggested. All of that dramatically changed my ability to tolerate training.
I was super well prepared for the trip. At no point did I feel any strain. It was great to enjoy the views and the exhilaration without feeling any pain. Your training plan of 14,000 feet per weekend + intervals was spot on.
