Before You Begin: Breakaway Training LLC recommends that you consult your physician regarding the applicability of any recommendations and follow all safety instructions before beginning any exercise program. When participating in any exercise or exercise program, there is the possibility of physical injury. If you engage in this exercise or exercise program, you agree that you do so at your own risk, are voluntarily participating in these activities, assume all risk of injury to yourself.

Do I need to do all the sports? Run, swim and ride? No! Think of the training club giving you a menu of workouts to choose from. And you pick the ones that work for you.

What happens if I just want access to the wellness content? No problem! Think of the training club giving you a menu of workouts and resources to choose from. And you pick the ones that work for you.

I'm training for a specific event, is the Training Club for me? It could be! Let's say you have a century bike ride you're training for. You'd have to build the long rides over the weeks to work on your endurance. If this is something you might struggle with, consider Custom Coaching for a few months to prepare you for your event.

Can men join the Training & Wellness Club? Yes, absolutely. They have access to the workouts. They may be designed for women, but they are GOOD for EVERYONE. We're keeping the Health and Wellness Content, FaceBook Group and Learning Content women specific.

Is there a committment or can I cancel anytime? It is month-to-month. You can cancel anytime.

How do I know if I'm ready to lift heavier in the gym? If you are new to strength work, we recommend doing a minimum of 12-weeks of function strength workouts to build up a foundation. We have a 'Self-Assessment' Program to help gauge if you have the foundation and stability necessary to lift heavier. If you are new to lifting we highly recommend working with a personal trainer to make sure you have good technique

I'm not 40+ years of age, can I still join? Yes, we'd love to have you. The mix of workouts are good for any age. The wellness content will be directed to Peri- to Post-menopause. It's never too early to empower yourself with knowledge about your amazing body.
