We meet as a group along with a certified Health & Wellness Coach for four sessions in the month of January. The course includes 1 one-on-one session with Julie (30-45 min).
When: 6-8:30pm Wednesday Feb 5, 12, 19 and 26, 2020.

We meet as a group along with a certified Health & Wellness Coach for four sessions in the month of February. The course includes 1 one-on-one session with Julie (30-45 min).
